Royal Wharf was once again in the spotlight as the Evening Standard included a feature on the East London area of Royal Docks in this week’s Homes & Property supplement, focusing on the number of new family homes being built there.
JOHNS&CO has access to the marketing suite at Royal Wharf, the ambitious development from Ballymore and Oxley Holding, and our expert team can host prospective buyers on-site, to share a picture of what the homes and the community will look like when the first completions begin next year. Significantly, over 3,000 homes will be built, ranging from suite apartments to three bedroom townhouses, described by the journalist as ‘inspired by Georgian design principles with first-floor drawing rooms’.
The neighbourhood is one of the most exciting regeneration areas of the capital and when completed, will no doubt be in high demand from buyers and tenants due to its fantastic location, high standard of living, and range of properties available. The Evening Standard went on to describe Royal Wharf as having ‘open green space, with outdoor areas specifically designed to promote health and fitness, with activities co-ordinated from the on-site leisure complex.’
