This central role works closely with our front offices and developers to inform, advise and consultatively sell all JOHNS&CO services to clients as they expand their property portfolio. Previous agency or sales experience is a bonus but not essential.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-motivated and driven equally by customer focus and uncapped remuneration. Your commission is not conditional and is structured in a way that reflects the amount of work you put in.
