A total of 74 professional design teams from all across the world have qualified for the initial stages of the competition run by Wandsworth Council, London to design the new pedestrian and cycle bridge across the Thames, connecting Nine Elms and Battersea with Pimlico and Westminster. It’s fantastic to see these ideas that really bring to life the concept of the new London bridge. A new pedestrian and cycling bridge will be extremely appealing for prospective residents of Nine Elms SW8, allowing a traffic-free, relaxed journey north of the river. This new infrastructure is just another element of the huge investment going into this area, making it one of the most exciting and attractive new homes investment opportunities in London this decade.
