Progress ramps up at Nine Elms: Evening Standard publishes feature on ‘The new towers of London’

An article appeared in last week’s Evening Standard Homes and Property supplement about the new high rise homes under construction at Nine Elms. The article – by journalist David Spittles focused specifically on the high rise residential towers that will soon be cropping up on the skyline.

Nine Elms is one of the most talked about neighbourhoods in London and it has been really exciting to see the progress being made there over the past twelve months from our office at Embassy Gardens, the Ballymore development which sits at the heart of the area. The article cited Embassy Gardens as ‘one of the more advanced projects…developer Ballymore has (also) delivered classy, contemporary-design interiors’.

Residents at the development can not only enjoy living in a luxury home with breath-taking views of London and exceptional state-of-the-art finishings, but can make the most of onsite amenities including a members’ club, gym, pool and nearby access to the new Linear Park linking them to the River Thames. The first homes at Embassy Gardens complete in 2015 and as we have exclusive access to the marketing suite at the development, we have been able to host hundreds of prospective buyers’ onsite, to provide a flavour of what their property will look like. We have recently sold a number of properties at Embassy Gardens – including a fabulous 10th floor, three bedroom home facing the river and a one bedroom apartment in the Capital Building.
