For a new property, the £250 credit will be allocated to your account and can be used towards lettings fees, management fees, or resales fees for the new property registered. This offer is only applicable to successful sales, successful lets, or management fees where the management period exceeded 3 months. This offer is limited to one per client. This offer has no cash redemption value and is not transferable or assignable. This offer is non-transferable and may not be resold, nor does it have any resale value. If we agree to refund your fees, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the service, subject to applicable refund policies.
