JOHNS&CO have an amazing opportunity to join our top performing Sales team in our East London Head Office, Royal Wharf under our leading Senior Sales Manager Matt Johnson whom has 16 years of experience managing London’s top Sales teams and specialising in stock ranging from studio flats to multi-million-pound homes and full developments.

As a specialist agent for the premium New Homes and Luxury Real Estate markets, we service Investors, Tenants, Vendors and Buyers in the UK and have international offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Within 7 years we have opened 11 offices and are continuing to grow. With 16 new hires in the first quarter who were all new additions to the teams and 8 in the last 4 week’s this really is a great time for you to join. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Qualify applicants, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
  • Working as a team to ensure annual target is met
  • Helping expand the office
  • Conduct viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Assisting the branch manager with market appraisals and vendor management
  • Delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a Sales Negotiator position
  • A can do attitude with self-motivation and target driven
  • Confident and proactive nature
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Full Driving Licence
