Senior Sales Negotiator – Canary Wharf

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our Canary Wharf team. You’ll be selling traditional residential properties alongside new homes and off-plan opportunities.

Based within our flagship office (over 3500 sqft, in prime position), this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow alongside us in an exciting area that’s benefitting from huge investment and regeneration.

What the role involves:

  • Qualifying applicants, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Delivering the highest levels of customer service to clients
  • Assisting the branch manager with market appraisals and vendor management


  • Sales experience (minimum two years)
  • A can-do attitude with the self-motivation and determination to meet and exceed targets
  • Confident and proactive nature
  • Willingness to learn
  • Customer-focussed attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Full driving licence

What we offer in return:

  • £48,000 OTE
  • Min 10% commission, rising on a sliding scale to 20%
