We started out specialising in London’s New Homes market, but over the years we’ve expanded and now offer a comprehensive range of services to those looking to buy, let, rent, sell or invest in the London property market.

You’ll find a JOHNS&CO office in Brentford (TW8), Canary Wharf (E14), New Providence Wharf (E14), London City Island (E14), Royal Wharf (E16), Nine Elms (SW8, SW11), Wapping (E1W) and West Hampstead (NW6). We also have offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Malaysia. We have property managers based in each office so whether you are a landlord or tenant you can be sure that someone will be there to help with anything that may arise, making renting with JOHNS&CO a hassle free process for all involved.

JOHNS&CO was conceived when founder, John Morley, working for property developer Ballymore as the International Sales Director, spotted a gap in the market. The lettings agents were servicing their clients were providing a service he deemed to be unfit in the new homes investor market. Having previously run his own company in the west of Ireland, before relocations London to pursue a different career path – John was at heart an entrepreneur. So it will only be a matter of time before he would once again be running his own company. Knowing that traditional high street agents were not suitably structured in the new homes in investor market, he sees the opportunity to challenge the way agents operate and service clients.
Keen to offer something distinctly different, in 2013 John hired two employees, and JOHNS&CO was born. Have never directly worked in a state agency before, he was repeatedly told what he was trying to create would be extremely difficult. But built upon sheer ambition and having the courage to step outside of the industry norms, JOHNS&CO created the seemingly impossible and brought in some of the best in the industry, achieving impressive feats. From there, the company expanded into Asia and now services clients across London, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore, delivering an unparalleled level of service. Fast Company Christmas Party there were five people now with more than £1.3 billion worth of residential assets under management.
The company employs more than 120 people and is growing fast. Growth is in their DNA. Breaking glass ceilings is in their DNA. JOHNS&CO is not a company that stands still.
