Battersea Power Station has been meticulously designed by world-renowned architects Foster + Partners and Gehry Partners who have created a new vibrant riverside community in SW8. This one of a kind development offers exceptional residential and lifestyle opportunities, with shops, leisure facilities, bars, restaurants and new transport links right on the doorstep.
Residents will be able to enjoy landscaped roof gardens overlooking the iconic power station, with views across the city. Designed by award winning James Corner Field Operations, the gardens will include picnic, barbecue, fitness, and play areas. On-site amenities will include a gym, concierge service, cinema, theatre, yoga studio, private rooms to hire and hotel rooms for guests of residents.
This south London development aims to create a brand new London community, with the old power station itself playing host to residential, retail, office, and leisure facilities. The first of these, located at the newly created Circus West Village, started to open in 2017, and include The General Store, Vagabond, Ben’s Canteen and Boom Cycle.
As well as new residential, retail and leisure facilities there will also be new businesses moving into the newly built office space. One of the most exciting companies to be moving to Battersea Power Station is Apple, who will be basing their new London campus at the development.
