Specialist new build agency Johns & Co has launched a new app to make its residents’ lives a bit easier.
“Details” comes in smartphone, tablet and desktop flavours, and allows tenants to sort things like key cutting, dry cleaning and housekeeping whilst on the hoof, and without having to actually speak to anyone in person.
App-accessible services are delivered by a panel of J&C-approved suppliers and are, the company insists, “competitively priced”. Payments can also be taken care of within the app using Paypal Pro, so once set-up it’s dead easy for tenants to buy more.
It’s free to use, and is available to any tenant or occupier living within any of the developments the company manages.
