Lettings Administrator – Canary Wharf

A day in the life of a Lettings Administrator at JOHNS&CO:

As a Letting Administrator, you will support and aid the Lettings Team with the day to day administration of properties within the Residential Lettings portfolio and provide “front of house” services to tenants, clients and members of the public. You will carry out a range of administrative duties for instance terminating tenancies, preparation of invoices, tenancy contracts, compliance checks, deposit registration and welcome packs.

 

Responsibilities:

Liaising with Landlords to confirm the details of marketing for each property

Updating website and advertising each property

Preparing documents such as tenancy agreements and handling renewal documents

Overseeing the administration, applications and referencing of each Tenant and Guarantor

Arranging the move in’s at all properties

We are a team of 44 in lettings and we have no plans to stop expanding and growing our team!

 

Candidate’s Requirements:

  • Previous Letting’s Administration experience/ understanding of the Lettings process
  • Customer focused with the ability to build long term relationships and rapport
  • Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Able to use their initiative to provide a proactive service by anticipating potential problems and implementing solutions
  • An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants

 

Salary: 25,000/yr – £30,000/yr

Location: Canary Wharf, 70 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SL

Working hours: 9am-6pm Mon – Thurs, Fri- 9am-5pm
