Our Brentford Lettings team have been very successful and are thriving. As a result, are expanding and looking for another Lettings Negotiator. After steadily growing the database since opening just over a year ago, there is an influx of stock due to the first set of completions happening. This patch is large so the possibilities are endless.

There is one other Lettings Negotiator, so the amount of business that can be done is juicy. The vibe in the office is friendly yet competitive. If you’re wanting to grow with a flourishing team, and be rewarded financially as a result, what are you waiting for?

Training will be provided at all stages of your career, and you’ll have a clear progression plan so you constantly grow and develop. A mobile phone and laptop are provided and you’ll have access to a company pool car, so you must have a full driving licence.

Lettings Negotiator Roles & Responsibilities

• Use your negotiation skills to agree the best deals for landlords
• Arrange and carry out viewings
• Regular communication with applicants
• Understand and be aware of property laws and regulations
• Meet and exceed targets/KPI’s

Lettings Negotiator Working Hours

Monday – Thursday – 9:00 – 18:00
Friday – 9:00 – 17:00
Saturday – 10:00 – 16:00 (every other Saturday)

Lettings Negotiator Salary

OTE: £30-45,000
Uncapped Commission
