New Homes Negotiator

Would you like access to developments covering the whole of London and outskirts?

JOHNS&CO have long been recognised for our expertise in the Residential Development and New Build sector, where we have become a trusted partner of choice for some of the world’s leading Developers, associated with some of London’s most high-profile developments. We are therefore pleased to be launching a dedicated New Homes Division to cater specifically to the needs of Residential Developers.

As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will work within the firms Residential Development Department based in our Canary Wharf office, selling exclusively for Developers across our entire portfolio in some of London’s most desired developments.

For this role, you will need substantial Property Sales experience preferably within the New Homes sector and a proven track record of selling off-plan. This is the right role for someone who is a self-starter, highly motivated and ready to hit the ground running working for a market leading New Homes agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Qualify applicants, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
  • Conduct viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Assisting the branch manager with market appraisals and vendor management
  • Delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a New Homes position
  • A can do attitude with self-motivation and target driven
  • Confident and proactive nature
  • Able to confidently manage their own day
  • Marketing suite experience desirable

Working Hours:           Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday’s = Rota
