We have an amazing opportunity to join the thriving and growing Sales team in our Brentford office covering the South West London area as a Senior Sales Negotiator. In this office you will be covering Richmond, Ealing, Teddington, Twickenham, Southall, Hayes, Feltham, and surrounding areas.

Brentford is one of the latest regeneration projects, and it’s already seen an increased demand from buyers, with the likes of The Brentford Project completing. This is one of the developments the team are selling, and there is much more to come.

As a specialist agent for the premium New Homes and Luxury Real Estate markets, we service Investors, Tenants, Vendors, and Buyers in the UK and have international offices in Asia.

Founded in 2013 JOHNS&CO. have been exceptional at selling and letting new homes. We are continually expanding our portfolio and are breaking into the traditional housing market with 8 UK and 4 overseas offices. And we aren’t stopping there…

In this office-based role, you will be arranging and carrying out viewings on properties in and around Brentford. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be a key part in this journey for both the buyer and vendor, so having the right attitude is key.

 

Requirements

Senior Sales Negotiator Roles & Responsibilities

– Qualify applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable properties

– Working as a team to ensure the annual target is met

– Helping expand the office

– Conduct viewings & negotiate offers

– Delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients

 

Senior Sales Negotiator Essential Skills and Experience

– Proven record in sales

– A can-do attitude with self-motivation and target driven

– Confident and proactive nature

– Customer-focused attitude

– Full Driving Licence

 

Senior Sales Negotiator Working Hours

– Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm

– Friday 9am-5pm

– Saturday On rota 10am-4pm
